About the role

Dopeamine Innovation Company is seeking a motivated Cafe Manager to lead its Al Khobar location. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on delivering an exceptional café experience through effective operations, staff leadership, and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet financial and service goals.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal supply levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑service regulations.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff to foster a productive work environment.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in food & beverage or café/ bakery management.
• Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to meet financial targets.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field is a plus.
