About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our on‑site team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and issues from start to finish.
- Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Document all interactions clearly and maintain up‑to‑date records in the database.
- Meet quality targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Required profile
- Saudi national in accordance with Saudization (Nitaqat) regulations.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant call‑center or customer‑service experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and calm handling of difficult situations.
- Active listening and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
