About the role
We are looking for a Call Center Representative to deliver high‑quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls. You will handle service requests, complaints, and follow‑up activities while ensuring compliance with company standards and customer‑satisfaction goals.
Key responsibilities
- Answer all toll‑free calls promptly, listen actively, and identify customer needs.
- Create detailed service tickets in the Cloud for Customers (C4C) system for spare parts, maintenance, inquiries, complaints, and warranty documentation.
- Assign tickets to the appropriate internal departments and monitor their progress to meet service‑level agreements.
- Manage recorded voice messages, retrieve caller details, and log new tickets as required.
- Transfer calls to the correct extensions and provide accurate information.
- Conduct outbound campaigns for follow‑ups, surveys, or promotional activities.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets for quality and quantity.
Required profile
- Professional communication and behavior during all customer interactions.
- Ability to work with defined processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to continuously develop skills through training and workshops.
- Capability to solve routine problems and escalate complex issues.
Required skills
- Experience with C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) ticketing system.
