Call Center Representative

About the role
The Call Center Representative will act as the primary communication channel for MAGRABI clients and prospects, using the company’s call‑center technology and software to deliver professional, effective, and timely service in line with MAGRABI standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Document all interactions in the call‑center system and ensure follow‑up actions are completed.
- Maintain high service quality by adhering to MAGRABI’s service standards and procedures.
- Utilise dual‑keyboard equipment to increase efficiency during calls.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard computer applications.
- Ability to operate a dual‑keyboard setup.
