About the role

Imdad Care, a home‑healthcare provider, is looking for a full‑time Call Center & Sales Specialist to join its Riyadh office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the company’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place high‑volume calls, providing accurate information about home‑healthcare services.
• Document every interaction in the CRM system and keep client records up to date.
• Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and convert inquiries into confirmed services.
• Coordinate with care teams to relay client needs and update service status.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities, contributing to sales and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience, preferably in contact‑center environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability.
• High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Resilient problem‑solver with an ethical, inclusive approach to client interactions.
