Call Centre Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Agent to handle both inbound and outbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow call centre scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Perfect command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
