Capability Development

About the role

We are looking for a Capability Development professional to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support JD Logistics’ fast‑growing global operations. The role will partner with business units to build onboarding, upskilling and certification pathways for employees at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to identify training needs, design curricula and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base, update course content and coordinate courseware production.
• Design talent development frameworks, including certification schemes, role‑transition plans and on‑the‑job evaluation systems for managerial positions.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives to reinforce company values.
• Create learning pathways, course catalogs and instructor networks to increase participation and certification pass rates.
• Establish benchmarking criteria, document best‑practice cases and share success stories across the organization.
