Care Technician – Guest Maintenance

About the role

The Care Technician supports guest experiences by responding to repair requests and performing routine maintenance across the property. This full‑time position is based on Ummahat Island, ensuring that all equipment and facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools, equipment and machinery, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment and machines to identify issues.
• Locate and operate shut‑off valves for various equipment.
• Maintain maintenance inventory, requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Record unfinished calls before shift changes and follow all safety and security policies.
• Provide courteous guest service, assist individuals with disabilities, and uphold uniform standards.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb and navigate stairs, ramps or ladders.
