About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea as a Carpenter. You will deliver high‑quality carpentry work across the new luxury beachside resort on Shura Island, ensuring all woodwork, furnishings, fixtures and decorative elements meet Four Seasons’ exacting standards. The role supports Four Seasons’ commitment to exceptional guest experiences and sustainable luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks throughout the property, including installation, repair and maintenance of woodwork and furnishings.
• Maintain decorative elements and fixtures to uphold the brand’s luxury standards.
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of carpentry works as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in carpentry within hospitality or luxury environments.
• Ability to work on a pre‑opening project and adapt to a fast‑paced construction schedule.
• Commitment to quality, safety and attention to detail.
