Cell Therapy Account Manager

About the role

The Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) will develop and maintain relationships with Kite’s Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) across Saudi Arabia. The role drives appropriate utilization of Kite’s CAR‑T therapies, ensures a seamless customer experience, and serves as the primary point of contact for ATCs. This is a field‑based position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior ATC leadership, thought leaders and key decision‑makers.
• Coordinate all Kite operational activities at the ATC, including site qualification, setup, patient treatment and compliance audits.
• Provide clinical instruction to staff, oversee chain‑of‑identity protocols and manage day‑to‑day account operations.
• Assess therapy performance, create strategic account plans and drive appropriate utilization of CAR‑T products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access to educate stakeholders on latest data and messaging.

Required profile

• Proven record of successful large‑account management (3‑5 years) in hematology/oncology.
• Deep clinical expertise in cell therapy, CAR‑T logistics and treatment landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to handle confidential business information in compliance with regulations.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40 % of the time.
