About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to support the CEO and the leadership team. This position bridges Administration, Operations, Marketing, and HR, ensuring seamless execution of day‑to‑day activities and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate strategic projects across multiple departments.
- Organize executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Streamline business processes to improve efficiency.
- Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align initiatives with company objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven background in Operations, HR, and Marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
