Channel Account Manager

About the role

The Channel Account Manager will drive Xerox's indirect sales strategy across the Saudi market, working closely with channel partners to secure long‑term, profitable engagements. This role focuses on expanding market reach through partner relationships and ensuring the delivery of Xerox solutions to end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a channel strategy aligned with company expansion goals.
• Maintain maximum coverage of the assigned indirect territory.
• Monitor competitors, their business models, and value propositions.
• Coordinate daily activities with Channel Business Managers to ensure timely customer responses.
• Drive pipeline creation, funneling, and management to meet sales targets.
• Support the transition of indirect revenue to exceed direct sales revenue.
• Track sales trends and identify growth opportunities in existing markets.
• Manage partner relationships to achieve sales quotas.
• Communicate Xerox product value propositions and third‑party solutions to partners.
• Facilitate partner onboarding programs and support deal negotiations.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with partners on industry trends and product offerings.
• Act as the liaison between Xerox management and channel partners for efficient decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales.
