Chef de Partie – Garde Manger (Cold Kitchen) – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie specialized in Garde Manger to join a leading hospitality and catering group in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing the cold kitchen for large‑scale banquets, corporate catering and premium events, ensuring high‑quality presentation and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all cold kitchen production including salads, terrines, charcuterie displays, cold appetizers and buffet platters.
• Prepare and present garde‑manger items for banquets and catering events to the highest standards.
• Lead mise en place for the cold section, coordinating timelines and resources for banquet service.
• Supervise and train 2‑4 commis chefs in the cold section.
• Maintain cold‑chain compliance, HACCP procedures and allergen management.
• Collaborate daily with the Sous Chef on production needs and buffet setups.
• Control waste, stock rotation and cold storage standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a cold kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of international and continental cold cuisine.
• Ability to lead a small team and train junior staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to food safety standards.
