About the role

A prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea is seeking a talented Chef de Partie specialized in pastry and cake display. You will create exquisite pastries and visually striking cake arrangements that enhance the guest experience in a high‑end hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of high‑quality pastries, desserts, and elaborate cake displays that meet luxury standards.
• Design and execute decorative cake elements for banquets, events, and daily buffet presentations.
• Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and culinary team to develop innovative dessert menus and seasonal specialties.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in the pastry kitchen.
• Manage inventory of pastry and cake ingredients, ordering supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering skill development and team efficiency.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in pastry arts, with strong expertise in cake display and decoration.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification in pastry arts preferred.
• Excellent artistic eye, attention to detail, and ability to produce high‑quality products in a luxury environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Current residence in the UAE.
