Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Chief Commercial Officer to join our executive team in Riyadh. The CCO will shape and execute the commercial strategy, drive revenue growth and expand market presence for Tamkeen Technologies, a leading semi‑governmental IT firm supporting Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with long‑term business objectives.
• Lead and oversee all sales, marketing and business development functions across the organization.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to generate revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, vendors and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other C‑level executives to ensure commercial initiatives support overall corporate goals.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Optimise commercial operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Represent the company at high‑level industry events and negotiations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience with a proven record of revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing leadership.
• Excellent financial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Superior negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and international business operations, preferably in the Middle East.
• Saudi citizenship and familiarity with Saudi business culture and regulations.
