Chief Concierge – Saudi National (Madinah)

About the role

The Chief Concierge is the primary point of contact for guests seeking assistance, information and personalized services. Based in Madinah, you will ensure a memorable stay by delivering high‑quality concierge support and maintaining strong relationships with local partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non‑hotel related.
• Maintain relationships with airport concierge, retailers and local service providers, keeping promotional information up to date.
• Provide guests with up‑to‑date information on city attractions, restaurants, transport and events.
• Manage guest mail, messages, courier services and parcel postage.
• Handle telephone calls and take messages for guests away from the hotel.
• Maintain order and security of guests’ keys in accordance with hotel policy.
• Ensure compliance with food & beverage services knowledge and fire & life safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant concierge experience.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic required.
• Professional appearance and grooming at all times.
