Chief Executive Officer (Specialty Coffee)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results‑driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our Specialty Coffee business in Riyadh. The CEO will set the strategic direction, drive growth and profitability, and ensure the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan in alignment with the group’s vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage the executive team, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and diversification.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage financial performance and drive profitability through budgeting and cost‑control measures.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.

• Proven track record of strategic leadership at senior executive level.
• Strong business acumen with experience driving growth and profitability.
