Chief Human Resources Officer – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead the human capital strategy for a top Saudi investment holding company. Reporting to executive leadership, the CHRO will align HR initiatives with business goals and nurture a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
• Drive employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
• Provide strategic HR advice to executive leadership and support transformation and change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRP) is an advantage.
