Chief of Staff – Solutions & Services Group META

About the role

Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff for the META region (Middle East, Turkey, Africa). Reporting to the SSG KSA Sales Director, you will partner with senior leadership to translate regional strategy into actionable plans, drive execution, and support data‑driven decision‑making across a complex, matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate SSG META strategy into clear execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of regional initiatives, transformation programs, and cross‑functional projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, enabling data‑driven decisions on strategic, operational, and organizational matters.
• Produce high‑quality executive communications, including briefings, dashboards, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Align leadership teams across regions, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and strong collaboration.
• Manage governance and operating cadence for leadership meetings, agenda setting, decision tracking, and follow‑through.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders and lead high‑impact, confidential, cross‑regional initiatives requiring neutrality and executive alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, or operations role, preferably within ICT or a similar technology environment.
• Proven ability to support senior leadership in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
