Chief Process Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading energy and industrial organization to appoint a Chief Process Engineer. This strategic leadership position will drive engineering excellence, oversee complex project delivery, and lead a high‑performing team in a technically demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and guide project and process design engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Oversee engineering reviews, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure quality and safety across all deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and priorities while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and client interactions.
• Drive departmental performance through effective planning, resource management, and continuous process improvement.
• Provide expert technical advisory on engineering design, process optimization, and technology implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with professional registration.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in oil & gas or hydrocarbon processing environments.
• Recognized expert in process engineering and related technologies.
• Proven leadership experience managing large engineering teams and complex projects.
