Chiller Technician – Facility Management (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Chiller Technician will join a facility‑management project in Saudi Arabia, supporting the operation and maintenance of ten industrial chillers. The role is focused on ensuring reliable refrigeration performance for a large‑scale client.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system faults.
• Perform electrical maintenance and wiring tasks on chiller equipment.
• Conduct routine chiller operation checks, pressure testing, and refrigerant handling.
• Maintain piping, plumbing, and related mechanical components.
• Inspect equipment, enforce safety protocols, and document maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI qualification in Air‑conditioning / Refrigeration.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management or building O&M projects in Gulf countries.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Arabic.
• Proven track record of working with industrial chillers and HVAC systems.
