Civil Engineer – Design, Consulting & Site Support

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to deliver end‑to‑end civil engineering design, consulting and technical advisory services. The role combines desk‑based design work with on‑site supervision and supports both institutional and private development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering designs, calculations, specifications and conduct site assessments, feasibility studies and condition surveys.
• Produce and review civil drawings in AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code, municipal regulations and project specifications.
• Provide civil engineering support for fit‑out, renovation and maintenance projects, reviewing contractor submissions, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, external consultants, contractors and municipal authorities, and prepare technical reports as required.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in civil engineering design, site supervision or consulting, preferably on commercial or industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and accreditation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Structural analysis and foundation design, including reinforced concrete detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for civil drawing production and review.
• Working knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations.
• Site assessment and condition survey techniques.
