Civil Engineer – Riyadh

About the role

Dar Al Dawa is looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves preparing and reviewing civil and structural drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with standards and codes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil and structural drawings, plans, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate civil and structural requirements with consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance.
• Monitor project activities against schedules, quality requirements, budgets, and scope.
• Support technical evaluation of contractors, suppliers, materials, and engineering proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering, construction, or site supervision.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Saudi nationality and good command of Arabic and English.
• Experience with facility development or construction projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM.
• Understanding of civil and structural drawings, construction materials, BOQs, and quantity take‑offs.
• Experience with site supervision, quality control, and safety requirements.
