Civil Incharge (Industrial Services) - Oil & Gas

About the role

ABIS is looking for an experienced Civil Incharge (Industrial Services) for oil and gas projects to oversee and manage all civil engineering activities on site. The role covers supervision of civil works, compliance with safety and quality standards, coordination with multidisciplinary teams and efficient resource management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all civil engineering works related to oil and gas industrial services for ARAMCO / SABIC
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and engineers so that project specifications and standards are met
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures on site
• Manage resources, schedules and work plans to optimise project delivery
• Conduct site inspections, review progress and resolve technical issues
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering within the oil and gas industry
• Proven experience managing industrial services civil projects
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety standards in oil and gas environments
