Civil Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager, approved by Saudi Aramco, to lead large‑scale civil and infrastructure projects from mobilization through handover. The role requires ensuring that all project activities comply with Aramco standards, approved drawings, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery of civil/infrastructure works in line with scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage all phases from mobilization, construction, testing, commissioning to final handover.
• Coordinate with Aramco representatives, consultants, engineering teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Control project planning, progress tracking, cost management and resource allocation.
• Oversee civil works such as roads, earthworks, concrete structures, underground utilities, drainage and water/sewer networks.
• Implement QA/QC and HSE procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve technical issues, RFIs, design changes and construction challenges.
• Monitor risks, variations, claims and commercial matters in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Prepare accurate progress reports and maintain complete project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction/project management, preferably on large EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing major Saudi Aramco projects and holding Saudi Aramco Project Manager approval.
• Strong background in infrastructure, roads, utilities, earthworks, concrete and industrial civil construction.
