Civil Site Engineer – Immediate Joining (Jubail)

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Jubail on an immediate basis. You will be responsible for overseeing all civil works related to a 380kV substation, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) / National Grid Company (NGC) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute civil works including piling, foundations, control/relay building, GIS/AIS bays, cable trenches, roads, drainage, fencing, and grounding trenches.
• Accurately set‑out equipment foundations, structures, and site levels using survey benchmarks and design coordinates.
• Inspect and sign off concrete pours, reinforcement, formwork, backfilling and compaction through ITPs; manage NCRs.
• Supervise civil subcontractor crews, monitor productivity, workmanship and resources against the approved program.
• Maintain daily/weekly progress, manpower and material records and report to the Site/Project Manager.
• Coordinate material testing (concrete, steel, soil, backfill) with the site laboratory and verify results.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and grounding teams to avoid clashes and support construction sequencing.
• Prepare and hand over as‑built drawings, inspection records, test certificates and redlines for project close‑out.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant civil site engineering experience.
• Familiarity with substation civil works and Saudi construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings and specifications.
