Civil Site Engineer – Networks

About the role

Esnad Contracting Company is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to lead on‑site supervision of water‑tank and pipeline network works in Jeddah. The successful candidate will ensure that all civil works are carried out safely, on schedule and in full compliance with design documents and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction works for water tanks and pipeline networks.
• Verify that all works follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and consultants to maintain smooth site operations.
• Track work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and uphold quality standards throughout construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
• Prepare daily site reports and address technical issues with the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven experience in civil works and utility networks (pipelines & tanks).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
