Civil Supervisor – Construction & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Supervisor to lead a team of foremen on the National Guard University maintenance project in Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing civil construction and building‑maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with standards and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works and coordinate a crew of up to ten foremen.
• Monitor adherence to building codes, site‑safety regulations and quality‑control procedures.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Report progress and issues to senior management and liaise with other trade supervisors.
• Ensure proper documentation of work performed and corrective actions.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in building‑maintenance or construction supervision.
• Proven ability to lead teams on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
