Client Advisor – Boutique Lifestyle Retail

About the role

The Client Advisor will represent ALO, a boutique lifestyle retailer, delivering an authentic and organic brand experience to every guest. You will create a welcoming environment, educate customers on product features and the brand’s community, and help drive store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets by promoting ALO initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly, easy‑to‑shop experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Analyze sales reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Maintain effective floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests and staff on product details, community values, and brand culture.
• Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with all front‑ and back‑of‑house policies and procedures.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric, sales‑focused environment.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• High energy, upbeat attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Empathetic, trustworthy, and capable of building genuine connections.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
