Client Delivery & Success Manager - Healthcare & RCM

About the role

Santechture is looking for a Client Delivery & Success Manager for the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role leads end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software implementation projects and acts as the main commercial and operational link to key client accounts. It combines rigorous project execution with strong relationships with hospital leadership, C-suite executives, IT directors and operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of healthcare and RCM implementation projects in the Eastern Province, on time, within scope and on budget
• Oversee integration of solutions with client EMR/HIS systems and third-party healthcare platforms
• Maintain project charters, baseline schedules, risk registers, dependency logs and milestone reports in line with corporate PMO standards
• Evaluate change requests, mitigate risks and resolve delivery bottlenecks
• Act as main contact for client executive sponsors, IT leaders, clinical heads and RCM managers
• Drive user adoption, operational readiness and advocacy for client needs
• Identify opportunities for expanded solution deployment, new modules and service enhancements with the regional sales team
• Own escalations and coordinate product managers, implementation engineers, technical architects, QA and clinical coding consultants
• Work with local EMR vendors, system integrators and healthcare authorities to meet NPHIES/CHI compliance
• Contribute healthcare and RCM knowledge to continuous improvement of products and services

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required or strongly preferred; additional certifications in Healthcare Information Management, RCM, CRCR or Agile/Scrum are an advantage
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT project delivery, client engagement or IT implementation consulting, including at least 3 years in a client-facing manager role in KSA
• Strong understanding of Saudi healthcare, hospital dynamics and regulatory frameworks (NPHIES, CHI, CCHI)
• Experience with EMR implementations, HL7/FHIR integrations and RCM workflows (eligibility, coding, claims, denials)
• Ability to engage C-suite executives, hospital owners and clinical heads; based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province (Dammam/Khobar/Jubail) and able to travel to client sites
• Fluency in English and Arabic strongly preferred
