Client Relationship Executive

About the role

Creation Business Consultants is looking for a Client Relationship Executive in Riyadh to support its corporate services business. The role covers company incorporation and amendments in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, labor and immigration applications, client proposal research, banking preparations and legal compliance. It requires strong organization, attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with government authorities such as the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Police, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Civil Court, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, free zone authorities and others to obtain accurate, timely information.
• Receive client documentation from the operations team and arrange translations, attestation from ministries, and scan and save documents electronically and physically.
• Maintain client files, receipts and official documents, and update the operation team daily via a task sheet.
• Create accounts, apply for online applications through various portals, and assign and distribute work to the GROs.
• Resolve office facility issues promptly, screen and forward phone calls, and organize office and client contacts and meetings.
• Vet and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers and find new ones.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in a corporate services firm in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
• ADGM/DIFC experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of UAE and GCC market trends.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Zoho)
• Business relationship management, client relations and account management
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
