About the role

The Clinic Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations of the clinic, managing appointments, patient schedules, and communication between patients and healthcare staff while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic operations, appointments, and patient schedules.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, nurses, and other departments.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Follow up on patient inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Prepare reports, documents, and administrative records.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Support healthcare providers and clinic staff with administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using clinic management systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
