Clinic Operations Manager

About the role

The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operational performance of assigned polyclinics. This role ensures the execution of business strategies, drives profitability, and enhances customer satisfaction across the designated district.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Monitor and control revenue and expenses to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Supervise staffing levels, approve hiring plans, and coordinate with HR Business Partners.
• Analyze competitor practices and market trends to inform service innovation.
• Set, track, and act on clinic KPIs to meet sales targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Define operational objectives for each clinic and implement action plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to standardize processes and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Manage the operations team and support functions (guest care, facilities, IT, nursing, HR) to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Work closely with medical managers to align clinical and operational priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing healthcare or polyclinic operations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
