The Clinical Support Specialist will join a reputable medical device company in Riyadh, providing essential clinical guidance and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions.
• Support patient onboarding and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support activities.
• Respond to clinical enquiries and offer product‑related guidance.
• Support educational initiatives and awareness activities within the healthcare community.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Valid nursing licence/registration in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in medical devices, patient care, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Patient‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Saudi national based in Riyadh.
