Cluster Director – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Cluster Director of Food & Beverage will lead culinary operations across the Raffles & Fairmont properties at the Red Sea Project in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape the dining experience for a luxury resort that combines world‑class hospitality with sustainable development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate food and beverage concepts across all properties.
• Oversee financial performance of every F&B outlet, including budgeting, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Lead a large team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and guest‑centric service.
• Collaborate with executive chefs to create innovative menus that reflect local flavours and global trends.
• Maintain strict quality, food safety and sustainability standards throughout operations.
• Manage inventory, supply‑chain relationships and POS technology to ensure efficient, cost‑effective service.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to drive profitability.
• Represent the brand at industry events and stay abreast of global F&B trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of luxury hospitality F&B management experience, with a proven record of multi‑outlet leadership.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
