Cluster Director – Food & Beverage (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

The Cluster Director Food & Beverage will lead culinary operations across the Raffles & Fairmont resorts in the Red Sea region, shaping premium dining experiences for ultra‑luxury guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate food and beverage offerings across all properties.
• Oversee financial performance of every F&B outlet, including budgeting, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Lead large teams of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with executive chefs to create innovative menus that reflect local flavours and global trends.
• Ensure strict quality control, food safety standards and sustainability initiatives throughout operations.
• Manage inventory, supply chain and POS technology to drive efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Build relationships with local suppliers, industry partners and represent the brand at industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of luxury hospitality F&B management experience, including multi‑outlet and pre‑opening projects.
• Strong financial acumen with proven P&L, budgeting and revenue optimisation skills.
• Leadership ability to inspire and develop large, diverse teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine, food safety regulations and sustainability practices.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
