Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking a Cluster Director of Spa & Wellness to lead luxury wellness operations across its resort cluster in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership position oversees spa and wellness programs, driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all spa and wellness operations across the cluster, ensuring alignment with brand standards and corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs and service offerings that enhance guest experiences and differentiate the properties.
• Oversee budget management, financial planning, and revenue optimization for spa and wellness departments to ensure profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing spa and wellness teams across all properties, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics, conduct regular property inspections and quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to spa and wellness operations in Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of progressive experience in spa and wellness management within luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple properties or a cluster‑level operation.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness programming, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
