Cluster Purchasing Officer

About the role

As a Cluster Purchasing Officer at Hilton, you will play a key part in ensuring that our hotels have the right products at the right time, supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with outlet managers and suppliers to keep inventory flowing smoothly and maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations by assisting with procurement, overseeing receiving processes, and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, especially outlet managers, to align purchases with operational needs and specifications.
• Process invoices, verify accuracy, and follow up on any discrepancies to ensure timely payment.
• Assist with supplier management, securing competitive pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Perform quality checks on shipments to confirm they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
