Cluster Reservations Manager – Red Sea Resort

About the role

The Cluster Reservations Manager will drive revenue by managing national and international reservation accounts for the new Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea resort. This role ensures seamless booking processes, maximises conversion, and upholds guest satisfaction across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries promptly and professionally to avoid loss of business.
• Train existing and new agents to improve reservation selling skills.
• Resolve guest issues positively, protecting revenue and enhancing satisfaction.
• Maintain department schedules to ensure adequate coverage and high call conversion.
• Track and report call conversion metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Set and adjust selling strategies across channels and segments as directed.
• Run required reports and assist the Director of Revenue Management with system updates.
• Ensure all reservations are confirmed within 24 hours, validate no‑show charges, and maintain filing systems.
• Conduct annual reviews, recommend succession plans, and suggest process improvements.
• Monitor incentive programs to maintain integrity and compliance.
