Cluster Sales Coordinator

About the role

As a Cluster Sales Coordinator at Hilton, you will support the sales team in daily operations and lead generation, ensuring smooth processes that help drive new business for the hotel cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, and record‑keeping.
• Track sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, and booking reports.
• Research and qualify new business leads, building a pipeline of unmanaged and prospect accounts.
• Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide sales peers, hotel partners, and customers to identify opportunities and conduct discovery calls.
• Support special projects, customer engagement initiatives, and participation in meetings or conferences as required.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Previous sales experience; hotel sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for activity tracking and reporting.
