Key responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and operate CNC machines, using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure specifications are met.
• Monitor production, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform regular maintenance, cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of output, machine settings and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols.
• Willingness to train and mentor junior operators.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and G‑code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of machining tools and techniques for various materials.
• Problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting machine‑related issues.
