CNC Operator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dammam. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high‑quality precision parts in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Select, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations, make adjustments to maintain tolerances, and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and coordinate with supervisors or maintenance staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Saudi national residing in or near Dammam.

Required skills

• CNC machine operation (mills, lathes, routers).

• Use of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
