Commercial Administrator – Construction Projects

About the role

The Commercial Administrator will support the Commercial Department of ALEC Holdings on construction projects, ensuring smooth administrative operations and contributing to the commercial success of each project. This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, change orders and financial securities.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budget tracking, cost analysis and expense reporting.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and payments while adhering to project budgets and financial guidelines.
• Support contract creation, review, execution and maintain contract databases to monitor compliance.
• Act as a liaison between the commercial department and stakeholders such as procurement, legal, finance and project management.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and audit/legal requirements.
• Provide administrative support to commercial managers, schedule meetings, prepare presentations and organise departmental events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities, including document management and record‑keeping.
• Understanding of financial principles, budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy in handling documentation, contracts and financial records.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
