Commercial Associate – Key Account Management

About the role
The Commercial Associate will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key healthcare accounts, including hospitals and other providers, to drive sales growth and maximize market share for Aspen Healthcare products in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders such as KOLs, procurement managers, and decision‑makers.
- Identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand product adoption within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical affairs, market access, and supply‑chain teams to execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research, analyse competition, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence from accounts to inform product development and positioning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Sc.).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (OTC, Dermatology or Women’s Health).
- Strong market knowledge and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving, active listening, and curiosity.
Required skills
