About the role
Penspen is looking for a Commissioning Manager to be based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Electrical Engineer will oversee the electrical scope of major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, including cable sizing, load calculations, switchgear and offshore or onshore power distribution.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent closely related field with 18 years of experience, of which 10 years in commissioning for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
- OR a Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent closely related field with 22 years of experience, of which 14 years in commissioning for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
- Able to lead the development of the commissioning planning process and ensure systems are mechanically completed, handed over fully commissioned and ready to operate according to approved design intent, without compromising HS&E rules.
- Experience in offshore projects covering commissioning, operation and start-up.
- Previous experience on an ARAMCO project is an added advantage.
