Communications Specialist (KSA)

About the role

As a Communications Specialist at Tamara, you will design and execute integrated communication campaigns that bring business priorities to life for the Saudi Arabian market. You will work closely with product, CRM, PR, events and other cross‑functional teams to craft clear messaging, compelling stories and high‑impact content that resonates with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery across KSA, from brief through launch to performance reporting.
• Translate business objectives into communication strategies, customer narratives and detailed campaign plans.
• Build 360° campaign plans across multiple channels (in‑app, CRM, events, PR, digital).
• Ensure consistent tone of voice, key messages and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate stakeholders, identify dependencies and manage timelines to keep campaigns on track.
• Craft compelling narratives grounded in customer insight, market context and local relevance.
• Review creative concepts, copy and visual assets to guarantee quality and relevance.
