Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to become the voice and face of our client’s brand online. You will create and nurture an engaged community, working closely with the Account Management team to boost brand reputation, foster meaningful interactions, and drive customer loyalty across social media platforms and online forums.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy.
• Grow and nurture an online community of passionate customers.
• Encourage discussions, answer questions, and engage with community members.
• Create FAQs, editorial calendars, and schedule posts to ensure timely, error‑free delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Monitor and moderate user‑generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand values.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for creative processes, social calendar delivery, and publishing.
• Track and analyse key engagement metrics, delivering regular reports and sentiment analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management for established brands.
• Exceptional understanding of Saudi culture with excellent Arabic copywriting skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
• Creative thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
