Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure Tameed operates in full accordance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations. The role involves monitoring regulatory changes, guiding internal teams, and supporting the AML unit within our fast‑growing debt‑based crowd‑lending platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret SAMA circulars, informing employees and stakeholders of any updates.
• Draft, update and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure all staff adhere to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to the board and relevant committees.
• Coordinate with regulators and attend board and executive meetings.
• Conduct internal compliance checks, audits and reviews across departments.
• Provide training on policies and regulatory matters.
• Support the AML unit, archive documents and maintain accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAMA laws and regulations applicable to financing companies.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and high moral integrity.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
