Compound Manager – Mixed‑Use Residential Project

About the role

We are looking for a Compound Manager to lead the development and operational readiness of a large‑scale mixed‑use residential project. The role bridges design and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that every concept is practical, efficient, and aligned with future compound needs.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural and design proposals from an operational perspective.
• Validate layouts, resident flows, and facilities to support efficient daily operations.
• Provide design‑stage input to prevent costly post‑construction changes.
• Coordinate with project, design, development, and operational teams.
• Support the transition from design to operational readiness and oversee the compound opening.
• Contribute to the creation of operational standards, policies, and requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, residential compounds, property management, or mixed‑use operations.
• Strong understanding of design, space planning, and layout optimisation.
• Ability to translate operational needs into actionable design feedback.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working with developers, consultants, or project teams is a plus.
