Compressor Overhaul Technician (HVAC Compressors)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compressor Overhaul Technician to perform high‑quality mechanical and electrical overhauls on piston‑type and screw‑type HVAC compressors. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and supports Al‑Khobar Electric’s commitment to reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect mechanically and electrically, and identify defects in piston‑type and screw‑type HVAC compressors.
• Execute complete mechanical overhauls independently, adhering to quality standards.
• Conduct post‑repair testing to verify performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed inspection and completion reports for the maintenance supervisor.
• Assist the motor repair team with dismantling and re‑assembling electric motors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with HVAC compressor overhauls.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and produce accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with major compressor brands such as Bitzer, York, Carrier, and Copeland.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
